the location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to Bodiam Castle. the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay, and the cozy log fire in the evenings added a special touch. the sitting area was incredibly comfortable, with a mix of modern and old furniture that felt homely and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided, such as the tea and coffee facilities, microwave, and fridge, which made our stay even more convenient. the attention to detail, from the fresh flowers in the bathroom to the delicious home-produced apple juice, really showcased the thoughtfulness of the host. Our experience at the chalet was exceptional, and we can't wait to return for another peaceful getaway in the countryside.
